COPORWA analyzes and identifies gaps in government policies and carries out research to provide evidence for advocacy. Under this program, we launched PEMI-IHURIRO (Policy Engagement for Marginalized Inclusion) which was funded by the European Union from 2013 to 2015. Additionally, in 2011 we launched Public Policy Implementation Monitoring and Advocacy (PPIMA), with the help of Norwegian People’s Aid (NPA) which is still ongoing. So far we are implementing this project by analyzing government policies.
